What is a Good Barrel?

I'm looking at upgrading my Ion XE with a new barrel cause it needs it, but with so many barrels types I'm spinning and confused at which is better. I haven't decided on whether I would get a kit or not(I kinda do...). Some barrels I've looked at...

Which is better the Freak Front or the All American?
Size=either a 14" or a 16" haven't decided yet either.
I've looked at others but again I don't know how good they are until I shoot with them on. So I was hoping someone would put me on a good path. Tell me about other barrels that are good too. But I really want that good accuracy for my money. Money is not a factor, I just don't want a bad barrel for a lot of $$$.
